Amb Lawrence R.A. Satuh
Ambassador Lawrence R.A. Satuh graduated in French at the University of Ghana, Legon in 1974 and holds a graduate Diploma in International Relations from the same University as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Penn State University (USA).
A career diplomat, he served in Burkina Faso, Germany, Japan and was Ghana’s Ambassador to Algeria. His retired in January 2011 as Acting Chief Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His special interests are in bilateral diplomacy, foreign policy formulation, and analysis.
